With temperatures lowering and humidity making its way out of the city, we can officially welcome fall. For most on the east coast that means apples on apples on apples and if you haven’t peeped our last blog post, make your way there now for the best places to go apple picking. But, for those who have had their fair share of apple picking (and the instas that come along), here are some other ways to stay busy during the season.
Fall Foliage Tours
Book yourself a one day foliage tour and have someone else drive you around so you can sit back and enjoy the view without the stress of keeping your eyes on the road.
Celtics
The season begins for Boston’s number 1 team. Head to TD garden to catch an opening game. There’s nothing better than a day with the buds, beer, and pre game bar hopping around Faneuil Hall.
Cape Cod
Take a mini trip to the Cape on the fast ferry. You’ll be in town in 90 minutes and can enjoy the breathtaking waterfront views all the way. Don’t wait to book your trip as the ferry runs only during the first half of the month.
Pumpkin Float
Boston’s annual pumpkin float is scheduled for Sunday the 22nd. Head to the Boston Common’s Frog Pond for a festival filled with refreshments, music, and lots of family activities.
Halloween Events
Who doesn’t like to escape reality for a night and pretend to be someone they are not? Check out Goldstar for tickets to themed concerts, parties, and shows. Make sure this year’s Halloween is one for the books.
